Delhi-NCR schools Receive Bomb Threats, Campuses Evacuated
Three educational institutions-two schools in Noida and Delhi, as well as St. Stephen's College-received bomb threats via email on Friday. Bomb disposal and canine squads were immediately dispatched to the locations.
As per standard operating procedures, the campuses were swiftly evacuated and shut down. Law enforcement authorities are presently conducting a meticulous search of the premises.

The schools promptly notified parents regarding the security threat. A message from one institution stated, "We are closing the campus down for the day to conduct a complete sweep to ensure the safety of all."
Parents were urged to keep their children at home, while those who had already boarded school buses were safely sent back.
Delhi Police confirmed that a bomb threat was also sent to St. Stephen's College at Delhi University. "Today at 07:42 AM, a bomb threat via email was received at St. Stephen's College. Our Bomb Disposal Team is at the spot," a police statement read.
Bomb Threats Follow Arrest in Hoax Case
These threats surfaced merely a day after a 15-year-old Class 9 student was apprehended for issuing false bomb threats to four Noida schools.
According to the police, the student employed Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology to mask his location and IP address, allegedly to avoid attending school. He was taken into custody and presented before the Juvenile Court.
"Four schools in Noida-Step By Step, The Heritage School, Gyanshree, and Mayoor School-received a bomb threat email at approximately 12:30 am on Wednesday. The school administrations later checked the email and alerted the police," stated Noida DCP Ram Badan Singh to PTI.
