Delhi-NCR Air Quality Worsens, Noida's AQI In 'Poor' Category
The air quality in Noida deteriorated to the 'poor' category, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) standing at 204 in the early hours of Monday.
According to the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research, Safar-India, the current concentration of PM 2.5 in Noida exceeded the WHO's 24-hour air quality guidelines by 5.2 times.

Earlier on Monday, Delhi experienced humid weather conditions with sporadic rainfall, and the maximum temperature settled at 33.5 degrees Celsius, which is typical for this time of the year.
The Air Quality Index (AQI) is measured on a scale where values between zero and 50 are considered 'good', 51 to 100 are 'satisfactory', 101 to 200 are 'moderate', 201 to 300 are 'poor', 301 to 400 are 'very poor', and 401 to 500 are 'severe'.
