Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Visits Vaishno Devi, Prays For Health, Prosperity And Nation’s Progress

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited the Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu, joined pilgrims, and offered prayers for happiness, health, prosperity, and peace in Delhi and across India, highlighting continued national progress under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited the Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu on Sunday, where the leader joined pilgrims at the shrine and performed traditional rituals, seeking divine blessings during the visit for residents of the national capital as well as people across India.

During the prayers at the holy shrine, Rekha Gupta asked for blessings from Maa Vaishno Devi for happiness, prosperity, good health and peace in every household, saying the wishes were for families in Delhi and also for people throughout the country.

Speaking to reporters after the darshan, the chief minister said, "I pray at the holy feet of Mata that she continues to shower her blessings upon all Indians and that India keeps progressing continuously under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji…," linking the visit to hopes for national progress.

Rekha Gupta also met several devotees on the temple premises, asked about their well-being, and received greetings of "Jai Mata Di" from pilgrims. In a gesture reflecting common custom, the chief minister offered money to young girls and touched their feet, as girls are regarded as representations of the goddess.
