The Deputy Commissioner of Police (City) in Ghaziabad stated that the threatening call was received around 11:00 pm on Thursday, June 5. After issuing the threat, the caller ended the call and turned off their phone. This prompted swift communication between Ghaziabad and Delhi Police through their Inter-State Coordination Cell.
Following this serious incident, both police departments collaborated closely to ensure the safety of CM Gupta and to track down the suspect responsible for the threat. The quick response highlights the importance of inter-agency cooperation in handling such critical situations.
