Controversial posters of Sonia Gandhi create stir in Delhi

SO
New Delhi, Oct 10: In what can be described as "cheap political gimmick", the controversial posters of the UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi along with other senior ministers of Congress party have been put up at the camp where the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu is on an indefinite fast against the creation of separate state of Telangana out of Andhra Pradesh.

The objectionable posters were reportedly put up by the TDP workers on Wednesday at the Andhra Pradesh Bhawan in New Delhi.

The poster features Sonia's face with blood oozing out of her mouth and she is wearing a garland with the heads of Congress ministers over it. On the top of poster, it is written, "Sonia Down Down, UPA Down Down".

The posters were put up by the TDP workers on Wednesday.

The reason behind putting up of such hateful posters may be that the Congress and the central government did not hold discussions with the TDP.

It has been reported that all such posters have been removed but,one such poster is still pasted on one of the barricades of Delhi Police.

Naidu's fast has entered fourth day today.
