Congress approaches ACB against Arvind Kejriwal
New Delhi, Aug 13: The Congress on Friday filed a complaint with the anti-corruption branch (ACB) of Delhi government against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi Commission for women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal for allegedly indulging in illegal practices to benefit their associates financially.
The Congress has named Prabhsahay Kaur, daughter of senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader H.S. Phoolka, Advisor to Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) Raj Mangal Prasad, and 83 others as beneficiaries.

All the names have been obtained through an RTI inquiry, Congress claimed. It also demanded a detailed inquiry in such activities.
Senior Congress leader Barkha Singh Shukla in her complaint alleged that AAP leaders were appointing their associates and giving them financial benefits from the Delhi government.
"The benefits are being provided in form of service on contract basis. While giving the said service, no by-laws as well as the establishment of the particular organisation have been followed," said the complaint.
"The service on contract basis was provided to the associates and aides of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) without inviting any applications by way of publications," it added.
In her complaint Shukla said: "The said activity is deliberate and attracts penal provisions thereof a detailed inquiry on such illegal activities should be conducted and immediate action should be taken against Kejriwal and Maliwal, including other persons who are involved."
