New Delhi, Oct 1: Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha

of misusing investigative agencies like the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and National Investigation Agency (NIA) to falsely implicate BJP's prime ministerial candidate

and his close aides ahead of the national polls.

Jaitley demanded an inquiry commission under a sitting Supreme Court judge to look into the issue.

Jaitley accused the Cong of failing to fight Modi and BJP politically

Jaitley wrote in his letter that the Congress was unable to fight the BJP and Modi politically and alleged that the government was trying to link Modi and former Gujarat home minister Ami Shah to a number of fake encounters in Gujarat.
