Bull Kills 67-Year-Old Man In Delhi's Alipur; One More Injured
In a tragic incident, a 67-year-old man lost his life in the Alipur area of north Delhi after a bull attacked him. The incident also left another individual wounded. The police were alerted to the situation around 6:30 in the morning via a PCR call. The deceased, identified as Ashok Kumar, was a security guard heading home after completing his night shift at a godown in Nehru Enclave when the bull attacked him near Sai Baba Mandir on Alipur-Budhpur Road.
The injured man, 60-year-old Ram Lakhan, was also a victim of the bull's aggression but fortunately suffered only minor injuries. He was able to escape further harm and later recounted to the police how the bull turned its attention to him after initially attacking Kumar. Following the incident, officials from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi were summoned to the location, where they successfully captured the aggressive bull. A case has since been registered at the Alipur Police Station in connection to the attack.

The aftermath of the bull attack necessitated the transfer of Ashok Kumar's body to BJRM Hospital for a thorough examination. This incident has brought to light the dangers posed by stray animals in urban areas, prompting discussions on animal control and public safety measures.
Authorities are now investigating the circumstances that led to this unfortunate event, as the community mourns the loss of Kumar and wishes for Ram Lakhan's speedy recovery.
