BJP does a U-turn, cancels Sabir Ali's membership

Sabir Ali joined the BJP after being expelled from the Janata Dal-United.
Ali is a controversial candidate from Bihar and his induction into the BJP was marred by protests and resentment from many leaders from within the party.
Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi was among the few who resented Ali's induction. Naqvi said that Ali had links with Indian Mujahideen co-founder Yasin Bhatkal.
Naqvi also tweeted asking if the party's next recruit would be underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
Senior BJP leader Rjanath Singh today rapped party members and said that members of the party must raise internal matters only in party forum and must not go public with it.
This is the second time when the party accepted someone then cancelled their induction following protests. Sri Ram Sene chief Pramod Muthalik also faced a similar situation a week back.
