Arvind Kejriwal's latest assurance; will set up SITs for riot cases

AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal on Monday promised to field more women and minority candidates and also assured that there will be 'special investigation teams' (SITs) set to probe 23,500 cases of riots in the country, if his party came to power.
"Wherever we are at power, whether at Centre or any state, we will get all riot cases registered by the SITs. Even if one senior party leader if ound guilty is put behind the bars, no further riots will take place in the country," Kejriwal said.
He also added and said that all riots are fuelled by a particular party or a leader. "Two biggest problems we are facing now is communalism and corruption," he said and called for more courts and judges to fast track cases relating to the minority community.
