After Hudhud, another cyclone threatens Vishakhapatnam?

According to the meteorological department, a depression has developed over the Bay of Bengal and could transform itself into a cyclone. If a cyclone indeed shapes up, it would be named Ashobaa, a Sri Lankan name.
Vishakhapatnam and its surrounding districts would have to bear the brunt if the cyclonic prediction comes true. The coastal impact is likely to happen in the third wek of November.
And if these predictions come true, Visakhapatnam and its surrounding districts, which are just recovering from Hudhud's hammering, may well have to brace for yet another cyclonic storm in the third week of November.
The new cyclone, if shapes up, will be named Aashoba
The Met department said the depression is located 690 kilometres away from Visakhapatnam. The Joint Typhoon Warning Centre at Pearl Harbour in the US said the system is gradually developing into a tropical cyclone.
Heavy rain is predicted in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in the next two days.
Cyclones are common in areas adjoining the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea in the months of October and November. Last month saw two cyclones, namely, Hudhud and Nilofar, developing in the eastern and western coasts, respectively.
