Aarushi Murder Case: SC rejects Talwars' plea seeking evidence

The CBI had earlier termed the Talwars' plea as a delaying tactic in the case. The scientific evidence that the Talwars' sought consists of reports of narco-analysis, polygraph and brain mapping tests on three suspects.
The order in the Aarushi Talwar murder case is now likely to come out on November 30.
Earlier the CBI had told the Supreme Court that the Talwars were trying all possible tactic to delay the trial so that the judge would retire before completing the trial and pronouncing the verdict.
The Talwar couple are facing trial for allegedly killing their daughter. They had pleaded that these reports that they sought were essential to defend themselves in the case.
Aarushi was found dead with her throat slit in her bedroom on May 16, 2008.
