AAP shifts venue to Indira Gandhi stadium to pass Jan Lokpal Bill

AAP has shifted the venue to Indira Gandhi indoor stadium after the Delhi Police objected to the special session in Ramlila Maidan. The special session will be held on Feb 16.
However the Kejriwal government is determined to pass the Jan Lokpal Bill in full view of the public despite objection from BJP and Congress.
Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely said that the AAP is running Delhi like a private company. "This is nothing but a gimmick to withdraw attention from it being unable to keep its promises," he said.
Meanwhile BJP's Harshvardhan said: "It is oure theatrics. The Bill has to be passed in the Assembly, so why go to the stadium and spend people's money."
