Delhi rape: AAP workers protest outside HM's residence, cab driver a serial offender
New Delhi, Dec 8: Seems like nothing has changed post Nirbhaya's case. Two years after Nirbhaya case, Delhi still remains unsafe for women.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) workers on Monday protested in front of Home Minister Rajnath Singh's residence against the rape of the 25-year-old in New Delhi.
AAP workers were seen raising slogans in front of Singh's residence. Police officials detained many AAP workers.

"What has the government done in the last six months to improve the safety of women in the country?" AAP's Manish Sisodia had said.
Delhi Police officials said that the Uber cab driver, who raped the 25-year-old is a serial offender and had served 7 months in jail earlier in a 2011 rape case. The accused was arrested on Sunday evening and will be produced in a court on Monday.
Later even the Congress party joined the protests with AAP.
