AAP apologises for 'overconfidence' after exit polls give picture

AAP apologeises for 'overconfidence'
New Delhi, May 13: Soon after the exit polls predictions were out and the Aam Aadmi Party got a picture of their not-so-good results, some of its leaders appeared apologetic.

Throughout the campaigning, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal had constantly claimed that the party will win more than 100 seats in the Lok Sabha elections.

But on an average, exit polls are predicting 3-5 seats for AAP.

Reacting to the exit poll results, Kumar Vishwas said that there were some miscalculations by the party and they failed to communicate their vision effectively. Shazia Ilmi also said that they could have strategised better.

Meanwhile, Yogendra Yadav did not comment on the results but stuck to the statement that ‘BJP moving towards it best performance as yet, while Congress moving to its worst ever performance.'
