4-storey building collapses in Delhi, many feared trapped

New Delhi, July 18: A four-storey building collapsed in the capital today, with many feared trapped under the rubble.

The building collapsed in Vishnu gardens on Saturday night. 15-20 people are feared to be trapped under the debris, said a senior police official.

Several fire tenders rushed to the spot along with local police and teams of NDRF, who immediately pressed into action.

A basement was being constructed next to the building, but officials have not confirmed it to be the cause of collapse.
