Will Indian Govt Take Over Saif Ali Khan's Ancestral Properties? Here's What He Owns And Their Worth
Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who has been discharged from hospital after an intruder from Bangladesh attacked him at his house last week during a failed robbery attempt, possesses an extensive portfolio of properties, both ancestral and personally acquired. His ancestral assets are primarily associated with the Pataudi and Bhopal royal families.
The properties owned by Saif Ali Khan, grandson of last ruling Nawab of the princely state of Pataudi during the British Raj, has come to light as reports claim that his ancestral properties might be taken over by the Centre under Enemy Property Act, 1968.

As per the Act, the Indian government can stake claim on properties owned by individuals who migrated to Pakistan after the partition in 1947. Now, let's take a look at Saif Ali Khan's ancestral properties:
Ancestral Properties
1. Pataudi Palace:

- Size: Over 10 acres
- Rooms: 150
- Value: Approximately ₹800 crore
- This palace serves as the family's regal residence and has historical significance, being a symbol of their royal lineage. Located in Gurgaon, Haryana, the Pataudi Palace spans over 10 acres and comprises approximately 150 rooms. This heritage property is valued at around ₹800 crore.
2. Noor-Us-Sabah Palace:
