Western Railway Introduces Experimental Halt For Mumbai Central–Gandhinagar Vande Bharat At Navsari

In a move aimed at enhancing passenger convenience, Western Railway has introduced an experimental halt at Navsari railway station for the prestigious Mumbai Central - Gandhinagar Capital Vande Bharat Express.

According to Vineet Abhishek, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the decision has been taken to cater to growing demand from travelers in and around Navsari.

Effective Dates

• Train No. 20902 (Gandhinagar Capital ➝ Mumbai Central): halt effective August 23, 2025
• Train No. 20901 (Mumbai Central ➝ Gandhinagar Capital): halt effective August 24, 2025

Passengers boarding from Navsari will now have access to the semi-high-speed service that connects Mumbai and Gandhinagar, reducing travel time and enhancing overall comfort.
