TV Actor Aman Jaiswal Killed In Road Accident On His Way To Audition In Mumbai; Shocked Fans Mourn His Death

In a tragic incident, Hindi TV actor Aman Jaiswal was killed in a road accident in the Jogeshwari West area of Mumbai on Friday.

The incident occurred when a truck allegedly hit his motorcycle, police said. After the accident, he was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

"TV actor Aman Jaiswal dies in a road accident in the Jogeshwari West area. The incident happened at Hill Park Road at 3:15 pm. The accused, the driver of a truck dashed the victim (deceased) who was on a motorcycle. The victim was taken to the trauma ward of a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The accused and his truck are in police custody. The offence is being registered at Amboli police station," ANI quoted Mumbai Police in a tweet.

The actor was on his way to audition, the writer TV show Dhartiputra Nandini told India Today. Also, the last post on Instagram was about this project. In the post, he shared his journey into acting, candidly revealing the strong opposition he faced from his family when he decided to pursue his passion.

Who Was Aman Jaiswal?

Hailing from Balia, Uttar Pradesh, Aman Jaiswal gained recognition for his lead role in Dhartiputra Nandini. Before his acting career took off, he worked as a model and later appeared in the popular show Udaariyaan, produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta.

Aman also portrayed Yashwant Rao Phanse in the Sony TV drama Punyashlok Ahilyabai. The curtains to this show was dropped in October 2023.
