Tata Mumbai Marathon 2024: Registration Now Open For The 20th Edition– Secure Your Spot Today
The 20th edition of the Tata Mumbai Marathon is set to take place on January 19 next year, with registrations now officially open. The event, which has become a staple in the city's sporting calendar, invites runners from across the globe to participate in various categories.
Starting from August 14, amateur runners can register until November 30 or until all slots are filled. The organisers have emphasized that entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. For the half marathon, registrations will open on August 23 and close on September 13. Slots in this category will be allocated based on the fastest timing certificates submitted during registration.

In a move to promote inclusivity, a number of spots in the half marathon are reserved for Persons with Disability (PwD). Additionally, the organisers have reserved limited spaces for women in both the marathon and half marathon categories to encourage greater female participation.
The Open 10K category will primarily be dedicated to charity, though a limited number of spots will be available through an online ballot system. Participation in this category will be confirmed only through a random draw of entries received during the ballot period.
Registrations for the Dream Run will open from November 5 to November 25. Meanwhile, the Senior Citizen's Run will welcome entries from August 27 to November 25, and the Virtual Run will accept participants from August 14 until January 8. Spots for charity runners in the marathon, half marathon, Open 10K, and Dream Run will be available from August 14 to December 13.
This year's Tata Mumbai Marathon continues its legacy of promoting fitness, inclusivity, and charity, promising an exciting event for participants and spectators alike.
