Shiv Sena stages `dhol-bajaao' agitation against land bill

Shirdi, Mar 3: Around 50 Shiv Sena activists, headed by former sub-district unit chief Rajendra Pathare, on Tuesday staged `drum-beating' (dhol-bajaao) agitation demanding scrapping of the new land bill here.

They alleged that the bill only benefited the big industrialists.

They later submitted a memorandum of demand to nayab tehsildar Milind Kulthe.
