Sheena Bora case: Sanjeev Khanna faces security threat
Mumbai, Sept 21: One of the accused in the Sheena Bora murder case, Sanjeev Khanna has been moved to the Anda cell of the Arthur Road Jail in view of security threats that Khanna faces.
According to a report in The Indian Express, Khanna's lawyer has objected to his client being kept in the Anda cell.

Anda Cell, is oval in shape and normally houses hardened criminals and terrorists who face a security threat. Khanna's lawyer said that this was the same cell where terrorist Ajmal Kasab was kept but his client (Sanjeev Khanna) was not accused of any terror crimes.
Sanjeev Khanna along with Indrani Mukherjea and driver Shyam Rai were sent to judicial custody. However, the judicial custody for Indrani and Rai will end on Monday, Sept 21.
The Maharashtra government had last week asked the CBI to take over the probe in the Sheena Bora murder case.
