Salman Khan awaits verdict in the 2002 hit-and-run case
Mumbai, May 6: Bollywood actor Salman Khan will be facing the verdict in the 2002 hit-and-run case today. The actor who was shooting in Srinagar for his film 'Baijrangi Bhaijan' returned to Mumbai on Tuesday.
The court will begin the hearing at 11 am. As much as Rs 200 crore is riding on the actor and the film industry is patiently waiting for the verdict.

Meanwhile, many celebrities have come out in support of Khan. Actor Sharukh Khan was seen visiting Salman last night and is said to have spent over an hour at the actor's residence in Mumbai.
Filmmaker Karan Johar too showed his support to the actor.
If pronounced guilty, Salman could face upto 10 years in prison. Salman's family members were seen arriving at his residence on Wednesday morning.
Salman has seven films in the pipeline out of which two are in production.
