After BRICS, it's BARC: PM Modi in Mumbai today

, July 21: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) in

on Monday. This will be Modi's first visit to the Maximum City after becoming the prime minister.

Modi would reach Mumbai from New Delhi in the afternoon and return in the afternoon after attending the meeting. He would interact with the scientists of the BARC and Department of Atomic Energy during the visit.

During the interaction, the prime minister would be briefed on the development of the Indian Pressurised Water Reactor, Indian Neutrino Observatory and large nuclear recycle plants, sources in Maharashtra government said.
