Mumbai University Opens Distance Education Admissions: Apply By August 22; Check Where To Apply Here

The Center for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at Mumbai University has officially launched the admission process for its first-year and second-year postgraduate courses. Interested students can submit their applications for various first-year postgraduate courses until August 22.

First-Year Postgraduate Courses

Admissions for first-semester postgraduate courses at CDOE are now open, adhering to the guidelines set by the National Education Policy. The available courses include MA in History, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Marathi, Hindi, English, Geography, Psychology, Communication and Journalism, Public Relations, M.Com in Accounts, MSc in Mathematics, Information Technology, and Computer Science.

Applications can be submitted online through the official website: https://mucdoeadm.samarth.edu.in.

MA Education Admissions

1. First-Year and Second-Year Admissions: Students can apply for MA Education, as well as second-year admissions in MA History, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Marathi, Hindi, English, Geography, Psychology, Communication and Journalism, Public Relations, M.Com in Accounts, M.Com in Management, MSc in Mathematics, Information Technology, and Computer Science. The application window for these courses is from August 9 to August 22.

2. PGDFM Course: Admission for the Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) will also be conducted during this period.

Application forms for these courses are available on https://idoloa.digitaluniversity.ac. Distance and online education offer a viable alternative for students who could not secure admission to regular colleges or whose studies were interrupted.

Second-Year Admissions

The admission process for second-year undergraduate courses will be held from August 9 to August 22. This includes BA, B.Com, B.Com (Account and Finance), B.Sc in Information Technology, and B.Sc in Computer Science. Further details regarding the admission process can be found at https://mu.ac.in/distance-open-learning.

CDOE's Divisional Centers, located in Churchgate, Thane, Kalyan, Ratnagiri, and Sawantwadi, will provide admission guidance and distribute study materials.
