A woman and her friend have been booked by the Mumbai Police for allegedly recording a video while dancing on the bonnet of a moving car in Navi Mumbai's Kharghar area. The video, which shows the woman performing on a luxury car's bonnet, has gained significant attention on social media platforms.

The individuals involved have been identified as Nazmeen Sulde and Al-fesh Shaikh, both 24 years old. According to reports, they are in a romantic relationship. The police revealed that the duo was creating content for a reel when the incident occurred on Sunday.

Social Media Influence

Sulde claims to be a social media influencer with over one million YouTube subscribers. Despite their attempt to obscure the car's number plate, authorities managed to track down the vehicle using CCTV footage. This highlights the challenges of maintaining anonymity in public spaces.

Shaikh was behind the wheel during the incident but lacked a valid driving license. This further complicates their legal situation as it adds another layer of violation to their actions. The police have taken this into account while processing their case.

Legal Consequences

The Kharghar police station has registered a case against Sulde and Shaikh under the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and the Motor Vehicle Act. Both individuals are currently detained by law enforcement as part of ongoing investigations into their actions.
