According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the weather in Mumbai today is expected to have temperatures ranging from 26 to 34 degrees Celsius. Residents should prepare for rain or thundershowers, which are likely to occur towards the evening or night, bringing relief from the heat.

In terms of tides, the forecast indicates that high tide in Mumbai will occur at 9:18 AM, reaching a height of 3.92 meters. Another high tide is expected later in the day at 9:45 PM, with a height of 3.68 meters. On the other hand, low tide will take place at 2:45 AM, with a height of 1.29 meters, and again at 3:39 PM, reaching 1.22 meters. The sun will rise at 6:32 AM and set at 6:16 PM, providing about 11 hours and 44 minutes of daylight.

Looking ahead to the weather forecast for the next few days, on October 15, a generally cloudy sky is anticipated with light rain or drizzle, keeping temperatures between 25 to 35 degrees Celsius. This pattern will continue on October 16, with a similar forecast of a cloudy sky and light rain, maintaining the same temperature range.

On October 17, expect a partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers, with temperatures between 26 and 34 degrees Celsius. The weather on October 18 will remain partly cloudy, with a possibility of rain or thunderstorms, keeping temperatures stable at 26 to 34 degrees Celsius. Finally, on October 19, the forecast continues to show a partly cloudy sky with a chance of rain or thunderstorms.

In addition, several regions in Maharashtra are currently under a yellow alert, including Palghar, Thane, Dhule, and Nasik.
