For those planning to visit the coast, tide-forecast.com reports that high tide will occur at 12:27 PM, reaching a height of 4.76 metres. Low tides are anticipated at 5:53 AM with a height of 0.35 metres, and again at 6:37 PM with a height of 0.9 metres.

Several regions in Maharashtra are under a yellow alert due to the potential for lightning, light to moderate rainfall, and gusty winds reaching speeds of 30-40 kilometres per hour at isolated places. These areas include Palghar, Thane, Raigad, Dhule, Nandurbar, Nasik, Ahmednagar, Kolhapur, Sangli, Sholapur, Aurangabad, Jalna, Parbhani, Beed, Osmanabad.
Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning, heavy rainfall, and gusty winds are expected at isolated locations in Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Jalgaon, Pune, Satara, Akola, Amravati, Bhandara, Buldhana, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Gondia, Nagpur, Wardha, Washim, Yavatmal. These regions are also under yellow alert.
Mumbai Lakes Water Level
Mumbai lakes, which are crucial for the city's drinking supply, are currently at 93.17 per cent of their capacity, according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) data released on Monday morning. This reflects a significant water stock of 13,48,520 million litres across the seven main lakes serving the city.
The seven reservoirs include Tulsi, Tansa, Vihar, Bhatsa, Modak Sagar, Upper Vaitarna, and Middle Vaitarna. The water levels in these lakes are as follows:
Tansa Lake: 97.07 per cent
Modak Sagar Lake: 94.88 per cent
Middle Vaitarna Lake: 97.64 per cent
Upper Vaitarna Lake: 90.85 per cent
Bhatsa Lake: 91.28 per cent
Vihar Lake: 100 per cent
Tulsi Lake: 98.74 per cent
