The Maharashtra First Year Junior College (FYJC) Admission 2025 CAP Round 2 schedule has officially been announced. Eligible candidates can now participate in the next phase of the centralized admission process by following the timeline and instructions provided below.
CAP Round 2 Registration Timeline
Students can register for CAP Round 2 from July 10, 2025, 10:00 AM to July 13, 2025, 6:30 PM via the official portal - mahafyjcadmissions.in.

Who Can Apply?
This round is open to:
- New applicants who did not register in Round 1
- Students who were not allotted a seat in Round 1
Applicants are allowed to choose a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 junior colleges as their preferences.
Preference Editing for Existing Applicants
Students who missed admission in the first round are allowed to update their college and stream preferences while registering for Round 2.
Round 2 Allotment & Admission Dates
Seat Allotment Result: The CAP Round 2 allotment list will be published on July 17, 2025. Students will receive allotment information through their student/college login as well as via SMS.
Admission & Document Upload: Selected candidates must report to the allotted college and upload their documents between July 18 and July 21, 2025.
Vacant Seats Announcement: A list of remaining seats after Round 2 will be made available on July 23, 2025.
