Arijit Singh receives extortion call from gangster Ravi Pujari

Mumbai, Aug 17: Seems like Bollywood singer Arijit Singh is gangster Ravi Pujari's latest target. After making several extortion calls to actors like Sharukh Khan, Salman Khan , Karan Johar and others, Pujari this time has demanded Rs 5 crore from Singh.

However Singh's manager told Pujari that the singer was unable to pay the amount, Pujari pushed the singer to perform for free at his friend's shows.

The calls were made to Singh's manager. Singh informed the Oshiwara Police but refused to file an FIR against Pujari.

Police officials have recorded the incident but have not filed an FIR since Singh was not threatened. According to reports, once Singh refused to pay the amount, Pujari requested the singer to perform for two shows for free.
