Multiple Rounds Of Threat

In the last 12 months, Salman Khan has received multiple death threats by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The gang is seeking revenge against Salman Khan for his alleged involvement in the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case.

The Bishnoi community keeps the animal in high regard and sees it sacred and integral to their faith.

In 2024, Salman Khan received multiple threats from the Bishnoi gang. They demanded a public apology from him over the blackbuck poaching incident or that he pay a sum of ₹5 crore to settle the matter.

On October 30, he received another threat from an unidentified person demanding ₹2 crore in ransom. Last year around the same time, two individuals fired shots at his residence. The cops later nabbed the attackers, identified as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal.

What Salman Says About Threats?

Talking about threats, Salman Khan recently said: "Bhagwan, Allah sab unpar hai. Jitni umar likhi hai, utni likhi hai. Bas yahi hai ((God and Allah are watching over. My lifespan will be as long as fate allows. That's it)."

In view of the threats, he travels between home and shooting sets. "I am not worried when I am with the press, but when I am without the press, that cramps my style. Now it's all about Galaxy (home) to shoot and from shoot to Galaxy (home), nothing else," the actor added.

On the work front, his recent movie Sikander has failed to set the box office on fire.
