Monster.com Collaborates with NASSCOM to Enhance Recruitment for SMEs in India
Monster.com has partnered with the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) to become the exclusive talent search partner for NASSCOM's SME member companies. This collaboration aims to assist over 2,400 small and medium-sized enterprises in finding suitable candidates.
The partnership is designed to leverage Monster.com's extensive candidate database, offering SMEs access to a wide pool of job seekers. This includes individuals from remote areas across India, enhancing the reach for these enterprises in their recruitment efforts.

A special portal has been established to cater to the hiring needs of those affected by COVID-19. This initiative is part of the broader strategy to support SMEs in overcoming challenges posed by the pandemic.
"Our expertise in reaching job seekers, especially at a time when the job market is adversely impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, will help alleviate NASSCOM's SME advantage programme," stated a spokesperson from Monster.com regarding the partnership.
This collaboration not only focuses on immediate hiring needs but also aims to strengthen long-term recruitment strategies for SMEs. By tapping into Monster.com's resources, these companies can enhance their talent acquisition processes significantly.
The alliance underscores the importance of adapting recruitment strategies during challenging times. By providing access to a diverse range of candidates, it ensures that SMEs can continue to thrive despite market disruptions.
