Rahul Gandhi back in UP, to hold rallies in Rath and Salempur today

In a statement issued by the party, the party's state chief Nirmal Khatri said that Rahul would address rallies at Rath in Harimpur and Salempur in Deoria district.
Rahul had earlier held two rallies in the state, one in Rampur and another in Aligarh, where he criticised the state government and the BJP and held them responsilbe for the Muzaffarnagar attacks.
Election Commission to examine Rahul's ISI statement
Rahul's Wednesday rallies will be crucial for the party considering that he will be addressing the public here post his ISI statement, which was aimed at the Muslim youths, who were victims in the Muzaffarnagar riots.
The Election Commission will be examining Rahul's recent remarks on the ISI, in which he claimed that an Intelligence Bureau officer had told him that some Muslim youths in Muzaffarnagar were in touch with the Pakistani intelligence ISI.
