Mutilated bodies of woman, girl found in UP

Bahraich, Jan 16: Mutilated

of a 35-year-old woman and a 10-year-old

were recovered from a school in Risia area, police said on Thursday.

Battered bodies of the woman and the girl were spotted by the locals in the school toilet outside Parevakhan village yesterday, they said.

Prima facie it seems that the duo was murdered, police said.

Efforts were being made to trace the accused on the basis of a mobile phone recovered from the spot.
