UP: Dad, brother rape girl for 10 yrs, mom sends her for abortion

Janata Darshan is a weekly event organised at Akhilesh's official residence in Lucknow. The CM meets aam-aadmi (common man) and listens to their problems and wishes. During the event on Wednesday, Sept 4, the girl, a resident of Krishnanagar, urged Akhilesh to save her from the demon family members.
The girl, a beautician, was sent for a medical examination. Meanwhile, Akhilesh sentjoint team of officials from the Krishnanagar police station and the womens' police station to the victim's house to arrest the accused.

According to sources, the girl was not allowed to go out from her house. When she joined a beautician course, she revealed her story in front of her colleagues who suggested her to meet the CM at the Janata Darshan.
Meanwhile, one police official was quoted as saying, "We have arrested the accused and will proceed as per the law."
