Fried Rice

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen fresh edamame (soybeans)
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • ½ cup salted roasted peanuts
  • Small bowl for mixing sauce
  • Frying pan or wok

Procedure
