- 3 cups whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar

Procedure
- Place a heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat. Add the milk and warm it gently.

- Pour the mixture into earthen pots. Let it set in a warm place for a few hours.
- Once set, refrigerate the Mishti Doi and serve chilled.
