Introducing GenS Life: A Revolutionary Mobile App Empowering the 60+ Generation
In a society where the 60+ generation often goes unnoticed, GenS Life is set to change the narrative. The launch of the GenS Life mobile app marks the beginning of a movement to bring the so-called 'invisible generation' into the spotlight. It provides them with the tools and community they need to live their lives to the fullest.
Despite their varied experiences, accumulated assets and newfound freedom from responsibilities, those over 60 often find themselves sidelined in today's fast-paced world. This GenS is full of potential but is too often forgotten, ignored or bypassed. More often than not, they may come across as the one who have lost their authority, influence and power. And then, there are challenges such as safety and security concerns, loneliness and a lack of opportunities to contribute meaningfully to society.

GenS Life is here to change all that.
It's A Movement, Not Just an App
The launch of the GenS Life app is more than just the introduction of a new technology-it's the beginning of a movement. GenS aims to change the age-old narrative that life after 60 is simply about winding down. Instead, it's a time for new beginnings, filled with vibrant colors and endless possibilities. GenS is dedicated to creating a safety net for the 60+ community, addressing critical national needs and celebrating the independence and potential of older adults.
GenS Life offers a space where older adults can find purpose, passion and playfulness in their everyday lives. With solid support, meaningful connections, impactful knowledge and fulfilling life experiences, GenS is here to add life to the years of its users, every day.

Born Out of Experience
GenS Life founder Meenakshi Menon was inspired to create this platform after experiencing ageism firsthand. When purchasing a new phone, she was met with the assumption that older adults have little interest in technology. This experience highlighted a broader issue-the invisibility and under-estimation of older adults in society. Determined to challenge this societal narrative, Menon set out to create a platform that would empower older adults to remain engaged, active and valued members of society.
'Retirement doesn't mean withdrawing from life,' says Menon. 'It's a new chapter of involvement and contribution. GenS is about giving the 60+ generation the opportunities they deserve to live full, independent lives.'
A Community of Belonging
At the heart of GenS is the belief that community is essential to well-being. Menon recognises that as people age, they often lose the sense of belonging they once had. GenS Life aims to rebuild this by creating a community where older adults can come together, share experiences and support each other.
The GenS Life platform is also designed with adult children in mind. By empowering their parents to live fulfilling lives, GenS indirectly reduces the stress and guilt often felt by younger generations. 'This platform benefits not only seniors but also their families. It fosters stronger relationships by ensuring that older adults feel valued and independent,' Menon explains.
Connecting Seniors Digitally
GenS Life leverages digital channels to connect with both seniors and their adult children. The platform is accessible through a dedicated app and website, providing a wealth of information on health, finance, wellness and lifestyle topics, all delivered by expert contributors. The content is freely accessible to encourage discovery and engagement.
In addition to high-quality content, GenS Life offers a subscription model that allows users to participate in community forums, connect with others and access exclusive features. This approach is designed to build a strong, engaged user base, fostering a sense of belonging and shared experiences.
Empowering the Future of Aging
GenS Life is poised to revolutionize the way society views and supports its older members. The platform goes beyond healthcare, focusing on combating loneliness and encouraging personal growth among the 60+ demographic.
As Meenakshi Menon puts it, 'We wanted to break the stereotypes about older people and empower them by building a community that provides comprehensive support and connections in one place.'
