Kolkata: Teleserial actress allegedly molested, her mobile snatched
Kolkata, Dec 30: A teleserial actress was allegedly molested and her mobile phone snatched away by an unknown assailant near her home in the southern fringes of the city, police said on Tuesday.
According to the complaint lodged with the police by the 34-year-old actress, the miscreant grabbed her from behind and snatched away her mobile when she was entering a narrow lane outside her home at Netaji Nagar at around 2 am yesterday.
Police have registered a complaint of molestation and snatching last night.
"We have launched an investigation and are on the look out for the accused," a Police official said.
