Opinion poll 2016: BJP may lose 11% vote share in Bengal; TMC may get 8% of that
Kolkata, March 30: An opinion poll survey conducted jointly by Bengali news channel 24 Ghanta and GFK Mode said the BJP may lose 11 per cent of its vote-share in the upcoming Assembly elections.
According to the survey, the BJP's vote-share may come down to six per cent from 17.02 per cent that it received in the 2014 general elections. Of the 11 per cent vote-share the BJP is expected to lose, eight per cent may go to the ruling Trinamool Congress, the survey said. The alliance may get the remaining three per cent.

In terms of vote-share, the survey said the TMC may get 46 per cent (it was 49 per cent before the Narada sting operation, the survey said) while the Left-Congress alliance may get 38 per cent. The BJP may get six per cent and others five per cent.
