Aadhaar Cards Recovered From TMC Office In Kolkata’s Bidhannagar, Police Launch Probe

Police in Kolkata on Sunday recovered several Aadhaar cards from a local office of the All India Trinamool Congress in the Bidhannagar area and seized the documents for investigation.

The recovery took place at a party office located in Ward No. 36 under the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation. The incident has now triggered political discussion and raised questions regarding how the Aadhaar cards came to be stored inside the local office.

Police officials from the Bidhannagar South police station later reached the spot and confiscated the documents after local residents informed them about the matter.
