Lok Sabha Elections Prediction: Not 1 Or 2, BJP To Bag 3 Seats In Kerala, Says This Pre Poll Survey

The BJP, which has been trying hard to leave a mark in Kerala politics, is expected to create history in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, as per India TV-CNX opinion poll.

Not one or two, the pre-poll survey has given three seats for the BJP. The saffron party's Rajeev Chandrasekhar from Thiruvananthapuram, Anil Antony from Pathanamthitta and V Muraleedharan from Attingal constituencies are leading as per the predictions.

The BJP has been trying hard to gain a foothold in Kerala politics. However, the party has not taste much success. Most of the surveys had given one or two seats for the saffron party.

If the BJP can win three seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, it will be a major success to the right-wing party.

Kerala has 20 Lok Sabha seats and the voting for the 20 seats will be held on April 26.

On the other hand, the Congress-led UDF is expected to bag 10 seats in Kerala, while the Left Front is projected to get 7 seats. According to the India TV-CNX Opinion Poll, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is poised to emerge victorious in the Wayanad constituency.

In the 2019 elections in Kerala, the Congress secured victory in 15 out of the 16 seats it contested, with its allies winning four seats. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) clinched the remaining seat.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the Congress won 8 seats, while the CPM secured 5 seats. The Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) emerged victorious in two seats.
