WATCH | Biden's Late Entry At NATO Summit: Did Meloni Just Roll Her Eyes?
A video from the NATO summit in Washington has gone viral, showing Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni visibly annoyed while waiting for US President Joe Biden to begin the meeting.
The incident occurred on Thursday morning as leaders gathered for the third day of the summit. According to New York Post, the scheduled start time was 10:00 am, but Biden and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg didn't begin until 10:40 am.

In the video, Meloni is seen rolling her eyes and checking an imaginary watch while speaking with Finnish President Alexander Stubb.
Another person present also checks the time on their phone, prompting Meloni to roll her eyes again before noticing the cameras. The clip, initially shared by a Financial Times reporter and later widely circulated on social media, captures this moment of impatience.
This isn't the first time interactions between Biden and Meloni have attracted attention.
During the G7 summit in Italy last month, Biden was seen awkwardly saluting Meloni upon his arrival.
Later, at another event, Biden appeared to momentarily lose track of where he should be, only to be redirected by Meloni.
