Vladimir Putin says what he will do after his presidency ends & it’s exciting
Moscow, Feb 14: Russian President Vladimir Putin is serving his final presidential term which will conclude in 2024 and the former KGB agent might have already made his post-retirement plans.
In an interview to US filmmaker Oliver Stone a few years ago, 66-year-old Putin said that he had started learning skating at the age of 60 so he could take part in ice hockey, a report in Sputnik International said.

In fact, the Russian leader has said albeit jokingly that he may turn out to be a professional hockey player once his stint with the presidency concludes.
Putin, who is known for his liking for sporting activities, has been serving as the president of Russia since 2000 when he replaced its first president Boris Yeltsin.
After serving for eight years till 2008, he became the prime minister for the second time after 1999-2000 and after the completion of that term in 2012, he has been serving as the president again. The current one is his fourth term as the president.
"I will join a professional hockey league when I have fewer responsibilities related to my today's job," Putin said while meeting with public figures in Kazan, the capital of Russia's Republic of Tatarstan.
He though added: "I could not stand on skates at all. I just could not stand. In general, it is always interesting to do something new."
