Viral Video: Woman delivers baby in moving car

Texas, July 20: A video, which captured the moment when a woman delivered a baby boy inside a moving car, has gone viral. The pregnant lady was sitting in the front seat of the car, while her husband was driving the car.

Her husband recorded the entire episode with a camera. The woman has been identified as Lesia Pettijohn.

They were on their way to a hospital when the woman realized that the baby would arrive before they could make it to a hospital.

While speaking to media, Lesia was quoted as saying, "I was probably freaking out way more than I should have. But I really didn't want to have him in the car."

Continuing her statement, she added, "I was scared. I didn't know if he'd be breathing OK or if he would need anything else."

The woman delivered the baby herself as her husband was driving the car. This is the third baby of the couple who has two daughters. The incident took place in Texas.
