US Zookeeper Bitten By Both Heads Of Rare Two-Headed Snake
A two-headed snake became a hit after US zookeeper Jay Brewer shared a video on Instagram of the reptile biting him with both its heads at once.
Two-headed snakes are incredibly rare, and their chances of survival in the wild are quite low. These snakes can take birth from a mutation in the reproduction process.

This condition is known as 'bicephaly'. For every 1,00,000 snake births only 1 will be a two-headed. That's a 0.001% chance reproducing a two-headed snake.
They are clearly one of the most interesting animals in the world. Even though the snake has one body, they still have two heads, which means two brains to operate one body system.
However, this creature's rarity isn't the only eye-catcher, but the nasty bite it gave the zookeeper when he tried to pet it, also attracted the audience's excitement.
Brewer held the snake above its neck and waved his right index finger in front of the two heads. Another person held the snake's abdomen and tail.
"Look, look, look, you see," Brewer said, then tapped one of the heads. As he continued to try to tap the heads, both of them bit him in the finger simultaneously.
"TWO-HEADED SNAKE BIT ME. I thought dealing with one angry snake was enough but now I gotta deal with two of them. One of these girls is definitely feistier than the other but looks like both of them decided that they should bite me."
In a YouTube video on Saturday, Brewer revealed that it is a non-venomous female Texas rat snake.
"Animals born with two heads usually have a hard time doing things because both of them want to be in charge," he wrote in the caption.
"Both of the heads in this snake decide that they should bite me. That's one thing they can agree on."
