UN chief slams attacks on Nigerian kids
United Nations, Oct 1: UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon Monday strongly condemned deadly attacks on students in northeastern Nigeria, saying that "there can be no justification for such violence".

Ban strongly condemned the murder of students and the wounding of others by gunmen Sunday at the College of Agriculture in Gujba, Yobe State, northeastern Nigeria, reported Xinhua citing a statement issued here by Ban's spokesperson.

At least 47 students were killed in a college in Nigeria after gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram members unleashed the terror Sunday morning.
