UK: Massive cannabis garden found in a nuclear bunker

The bunker was built in the 1980s by the UK's ministry of defence, it is however not owned by the ministry anymore.

A massive haul of cannabis plants worth over one million pounds was found during a raid at a nuclear bunker in United Kingdom's Wiltshire region.

Six persons, including a teenager, was arrested following a midnight raid at the bunker by Wiltshire police.

The was built in the 1980s by the UK's ministry of defence to protect leaders and dignitaries in the event of a nuclear attack.

Almost every room of the 20 room bunker was being utilised to grow cannabis, reports said.

The former Ministry of Defence bunker is completely impenetrable and Wiltshire Police had to wait for the occupants to come out before gaining entry.
