In a dramatic all-caps post on Truth Social, former U.S. President Donald Trump issued a stern warning to Israel, urging it not to carry out further airstrikes on Iran. Trump stated that any additional action would be considered a "major violation" of the ceasefire agreement he helped broker between the two nations.

"ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS. IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!" Trump posted, addressing Israel directly.

Trump Slams Israel for Breaking Ceasefire Deal

Trump expressed visible frustration with both sides but emphasized his disappointment with Israel. He claimed the country "unloaded" just hours after the ceasefire was agreed upon, which left him "really unhappy."

While preparing to depart for the NATO Summit in The Hague, Trump told reporters, "They violated it, but Israel violated it too. I'm not happy with Israel."

In another post on Truth Social, Trump tried to assure the public that Israel would not proceed with strikes, writing:

"All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly 'Plane Wave' to Iran. Nobody will be hurt. The ceasefire is in effect."

Just hours before the tensions reignited, Trump had announced that both Iran and Israel had agreed to a ceasefire to end what he termed "The 12 Day War." The ceasefire was intended to begin once each side completed its final ongoing missions.

"It has been fully agreed that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE... for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered ENDED," Trump posted.

"God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America, and GOD BLESS THE WORLD," he concluded.

In a follow-up post, Trump claimed that both countries approached him simultaneously seeking peace. He described the moment as a turning point for the region:

"Israel & Iran came to me... and said, 'PEACE!' I knew the time was NOW. The Middle East and the World are the real winners."
