Trump Receives 52% Approval In Latest Survey; Democrats Shred Him, Independents Stay Neutral
A recent Harvard CAPS/Harris survey has found that Donald Trump is performing fairly well as President, with 52% of Americans expressing satisfaction with his activities at the White House.
White House Approval Ratings Remain Strong

Trump's first month in office has been eventful, marked by the ongoing tariff dispute, the initiation of Ukraine-Russia peace talks, and the DOGE job purges, which have raised concerns among federal employees.
Despite these challenges, the President has maintained public support, with 33% of Americans strongly approving of his performance and 19% 'somewhat approving', according to The Hill.
Approximately 43% of Americans disapproved of Trump's leadership, with Democrats making up the majority of this group, while Independents largely remained neutral.
The survey revealed a sharp partisan divide. At least 9 in 10 Republicans approved of Trump's handling of his administration, whereas 8 in 10 Democrats expressed dissatisfaction with the incumbent President.
Meanwhile, Independents stayed largely neutral, which contributed to Trump securing a positive overall rating in the poll.
